Curvy Boing is a dramatic fascinator on a headband, featuring mardi gras colored curved stiff quills &  rooster feathers in magenta, yellow, lime purple. The zig zag cut rooster feathers add additional drama.   It is mounted on a sinamay disc and has large yellow netting that can be worn over the face or tucked under as an accent.
